We are committed to offering you the best handmade crafts and jewelry created today. We chose all of the products for sale at Colorado Collection ourselves. We are very selective in order to insure the highest quality and unique designs.

Each work is represented in one of two ways on the site:

One of a Kind means the piece you're viewing is the only one created. It is the unique item you'll receive when purchasing.

Limited Production applies to fine craft and items hand-crafted individually in small-scale production. The artist creates new original works as similar to the item shown as possible. Slight differences make each work of art unique.

Satisfaction is Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange or Colorado Collection.com credit. If you wish to make a return, simply send it back insured within seven days of receiving the item(s). If possible, we ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided by us.

Shipping and Handling
You will be shown the Shipping and Handling charges on the "Purchase Verification" page before you finalize your purchase. If the item requires special packaging, there may be additional Shipping and Handling costs, which will be noted on the Purchase Verification pages. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within two weeks of ordering it. Some items, depending on size and availability, can be delivered via faster methods for an additional charge.
Please e-mail Colorado Collection if you would like to inquire about faster delivery, or mark your preference in the space allocated for such changes. Our preference for shipping is UPS Ground, which requires a street address.
 
Special Orders
Once we accept a special order from you, we are required to receive full payment and any extra postage at time of order. Sorry, no refunds on special orders.

Sales Tax
When orders are shipped out of state you are not charged tax.
When shipping orders outside the Denver Metro sales tax of 4.1% will be charged. If items are shipped within the Denver Metro area a sales tax of 7.72% will be charged.

Tracking Your Purchase
We will email you a tracking number after we ship your package. If you need assistance, please contact our Help Desk.
 
When to Expect to Receive Your Purchase
Once we receive your order, we will inform you of the delivery and shipping specifics. You will receive another confirmation from us as to when to expect your order. You can generally assume that if you buy an item that an artist or we have in stock, you will receive it within two weeks of placing your order. 

Canceling or Changing an Order
If you want to cancel or change an order e-mail us at.   If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us.
 
Purchases From Outside the U.S
We are more than happy to take purchases from outside the U.S. and Canada; there are, however, no returns on these purchases and any extra shipping fees will apply. The same applies for items shipped to a location outside the U.S. and Canada. If you are making a purchase as described above, please complete the shopping process in full and our Help Desk will contact you via e-mail about any additional shipping charges.

RETURNS AND SHIPPING

Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the items damaged, e-mail us immediately at Colorado Collection so we can have it picked up. Please do not discard the packaging materials. When you contact us, we will discuss a replacement, refund or credit - your choice. A replacement will be shipped to you at no charge. Unfortunately, replacements are not available for One of a Kind works.
