Satisfaction is Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange or Colorado Collection.com credit. If you wish to make a return, simply send it back insured within seven days of receiving the item(s). If possible, we ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided by us.
Shipping and Handling
You will be shown the Shipping and Handling charges on the "Purchase Verification" page before you finalize your purchase. If the item requires special packaging, there may be additional Shipping and Handling costs, which will be noted on the Purchase Verification pages. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within two weeks of ordering it. Some items, depending on size and availability, can be delivered via faster methods for an additional charge.
Please e-mail Colorado Collection if you would like to inquire about faster delivery, or mark your preference in the space allocated for such changes. Our preference for shipping is UPS Ground, which requires a street address.

Special Orders
Once we accept a special order from you, we are required to receive full payment and any extra postage at time of order. Sorry, no refunds on special orders.

Sales Tax
We must charge sales tax of 3.8% if you ship your order to Colorado, where our home office is located. Look for sales tax to appear on the Purchase Verification page.

Tracking Your Purchase
You will be able to track any purchase that was shipped via UPS. Colorado Collection.com will provide you with a number for tracking purposes on your second e-mail confirmation. Use that number to track your UPS package at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html. If you need assistance, please contact our Help Desk.

When to Expect to Receive Your Purchase
Once we receive your order, Colorado Collection, we will inform you of the delivery and shipping specifics. You will receive another confirmation from us as to when to expect your order. You can generally assume that if you buy an item that an artist or we has in stock, you will receive it within two weeks of placing your order. Delivery times do vary; however, based on product availability and the nature of the unique work (One of a Kind, One of a Series or Made Upon Order). If you ordered from more than one artist or gallery, the items may be shipped separately.

Canceling or Changing an Order
If you want to cancel or change an order e-mail us at customerservice@coloradocollection.com. If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us.

Purchases From Outside the U.S
We are more than happy to take purchases from outside the U.S. and Canada; there are, however, no returns on these purchases and any extra shipping fees will apply. The same applies for items shipped to a location outside the U.S. and Canada. If you are making a purchase as described above, please complete the shopping process in full and our Help Desk will contact you via e-mail about any additional shipping charges.
